Work Sessions are hands-on, ASL-first working blocks where the CAD Board, committees, and community partners come together to build, plan, and solve problems. Each Work Session includes:

• Micro Workshops

  • Short skill-building sessions (10–20 minutes) on governance, advocacy, data, communication, and community needs.

• Committee Meetings

  • Standing and ad-hoc committees meet to review tasks, finalize deliverables, and align with CAD’s strategic goals.
