According to CAD bylaws, annual general meeting (5.1 (b) The CAD Special General Meeting and CAD Standing Rules, (5.2 Special General Meetings), I am calling the Special General Meeting to revise the bylaws, 5.1 (a) The CAD annual general meeting (AGM) - The AGM shall be held in August or September.

Location: Silent Athletic Club Hall, 1575 Elmira Street, Aurora, CO (previous location: Clubhouse, 6445 Welch Street, Arvada, CO)

Rationale: Due to a scheduling conflict, the Special General Meeting will be held at SAC on 15 May. Thank you for your understanding.
