Mission

The Colorado Association of the Deaf advances the rights, access, and well-being of Deaf Coloradans through ASL-centered advocacy, community empowerment, and policy leadership. CAD works to remove barriers, strengthen equity, and ensure Deaf people can fully participate in every aspect of life across the state.

CAD envisions a future shaped by Deaf leadership, data-informed systems, and collaborative partnerships that protect civil rights and elevate ASL as essential to education, culture, and public life.
